We are seeking an experienced and highly polished Private Dining Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of bespoke private events in a luxury hospitality setting. This is a dynamic, guest-facing role requiring exceptional attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of high-touch service.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in private events, fine dining, or luxury hotel operations and thrives in environments where excellence is non-negotiable. They understand that hospitality is not a 9-to-5 job — it requires flexibility, presence, and genuine passion for delivering unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all private event clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up
- Create tailored proposals, event timelines, floorplans, and final BEOs with precision and care
- Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and consistency with brand standards
- Lead client walkthroughs, tastings, and pre-event meetings with clarity and professionalism
- Manage on-site execution, including setup, vendor coordination, and guest experience from arrival to departure
- Upsell premium enhancements (e.g., bar packages, décor, entertainment) to maximize guest satisfaction and event revenue
- Ensure all guest communications are timely, thoughtful, and aligned with the tone of a luxury environment
- Support vendor relationships and maintain a refined list of preferred partners
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues discreetly, and uphold a five-star standard at every touchpoint
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, luxury event planning, or private dining management.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted events under pressure with grace and professionalism
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Deep appreciation for food, wine, and design
- Strong organizational skills
- Warm, poised, and guest-focused demeanor with a commitment to discretion and service excellence
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary - $70k-$80k DOE
- Bonus potential up to 10%
- Full health benefits are available starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
